This page explains how KaMal Finance handles basic details submitted through its website enquiry forms and contact channels. The business should review this policy and confirm its retention practices before launch.
1. Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, loan category, approximate amount, city and an optional short message. Please do not enter identity document numbers, bank or card details, passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.
2. How the enquiry form works
When the website enquiry integration is enabled, the form sends the submitted name, mobile number, loan category, approximate amount, city, consent and optional short message to the website's PHP endpoint. If the endpoint and database are working, the enquiry is saved in the separate `website_leads` table used by the dashboard so authorised staff can respond. The form then offers an optional prepared WhatsApp message; it is not sent until you choose to send it. If saving fails, the form should display an error and a direct-contact fallback. Do not submit identity-document numbers, bank account details, OTPs, PINs or passwords in the form.
3. Contact and follow-up
If you contact the business by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you share may be used to respond to your enquiry. Enquiry records are intended for authorised staff follow-up. The business should set and publish a retention period, process for correcting or deleting enquiry data, and a contact for privacy requests. Website enquiry forms use a hidden honeypot field, a short completion-time check, same-origin/CSRF checks and a basic session submission limit as anti-spam controls. Ask for a verified secure channel before sending any additional documents.
4. Third-party services
This site may use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose to accept optional analytics through the consent banner. Analytics is not loaded before that choice when a Measurement ID is configured. You can change your choice using “Manage analytics preferences” below. This site also includes links to WhatsApp and Google Maps; when used, those services handle information under their own policies. Google Fonts may be requested by the browser when a connection is available.
5. Security
Never share OTPs, banking passwords, card PINs or UPI PINs through an enquiry form or in response to an unsolicited request. The current website does not ask for such information.
