   Use the published phone number or email and describe what happened.

2. Include relevant details.

   Share your enquiry reference if you have one, the date, the service involved and the action you are requesting. Do not include OTPs, PINs or passwords.

3. Keep a record.

   Save the emails, messages, receipts and any response you receive.

4. Contact the actual lender if needed.

   If your issue concerns a third-party or regulated lender, use the complaint process disclosed by that lender in its official documents. Applicable escalation routes depend on the organisation and product.
